Prodigal Sons and Daughters
$10 Membership Contract

This Agreement (“Agreement”‘) is made effective on the date of payment.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
On the date of payment, PSD will provide the following services (collectively, the “Services”): Home Healthcare, Free Food Delivery from our warehouse partners, Picnic outings, Transportation, and T-shirts as Members of Prodigal Sons & Daughters.

2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
In exchange for the services, you agree to pay compensation to PSD for the Services in monthly subscription payments of $10.00 each.

3. TERM.
This agreement will terminate automatically when the subscription is canceled.

4. WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP.
Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by PSD in connection with the Services will be your exclusive property. Upon request, PSD will execute all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership to the Work Product.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY.
PSD and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of PSD, or information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, PSD will return records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by PSD during the term of this Agreement.

6. INDEMNIFICATION.
PSD agrees to indemnify and hold you harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against you that result from the acts or omissions of PSD and/or PSD’s employees, agents, or representatives.

7. WARRANTY. PSD shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Agreement.
